Jewelry making
A special moment in life requires unique jewelry, so that is the time to have a special piece of jewelry made. You can have wedding bands made to your own design, as well as ash jewelry, memorial jewelry, cufflinks, signet rings and small items such as baby rattles, silver decorative boxes and anniversary pins. It is also possible to have a photo-print or a fingerprint lasered.
Don't know exactly what you want in advance? No problem, over a cup of coffee or tea we will design the dream jewel together. Upon request, you can even take the design drawing home with you.
Repair and maintenance of jewelry and silverware
Do you have a piece of jewelry that needs repair or maintenance? At The Gold Xperience in Baarn, the jewelry is repaired in-house by an experienced goldsmith. So it does not need to be sent and goes directly to the workbench. This makes the repair faster and cheaper and there is less risk of losing your precious jewelry. In a personal intake we decide together the method of repair. So you know in advance what to expect and you pay no investigation costs!
We perform repairs and restorations on jewelry and jewels made of gold, silver and platinum. We can also usually repair jewellery that is dear to you but not made of a precious metal. You can also come to us for engraving, fingerprinting, lasering, stringing pearls and alteration of old/antique jewelry. Silver place settings, candlesticks, coffee pots or teapots? We can repair or restore it.
Piercing holes
New! Our services now include earlobe piercing. We work 100% sterile and coronaproof, i.e. with gloves and mouth mask, and of course the ear is carefully cleaned with alcohol before and after shooting. This keeps the chance of infection of the hole to an absolute minimum.
We place cavities in children as young as 3 years old, as well as adults. For children under the age of 16, we require permission and supervision from a parent. Without this permission, we are not allowed to place cavities.
We shoot the earbuds using the Inverness 2000 system. This system works with the thinnest and sharpest pins which makes piercing less sensitive. Inverness works with a push-through system that allows for very precise and silent piercing. The system is specially designed to be virtually painless to use. All Inverness piercing earrings meet the world's most stringent safety requirements for the use of nickel. All gold ear studs contain extremely low levels of nickel, less than 0.025%. For the optimal peace of mind of those with nickel allergies, there are also titanium ear studs. These are surgical grade and 100% nickel-free.
The cost of having holes shot is €25 plus the cost of the earbuds. The price of the earbuds is:
